Attention San Diego County Civil users!

The San Diego Superior Court’s civil division transitioned to the Odyssey eFileCA system on July 8, 2024. As a result, users must re-add their existing civil cases to their accounts using one of the new San Diego Odyssey Court locations, San Diego Civil – Central and San Diego Civil – North. Additionally:

  • Some court locations will no longer be valid for e-filing.
  • Cases marked as “SDC_OLD” may need to be re-added.
  • Users can re-add cases using a regular or advanced search method by court location, case number, or party name.
