Kings County Superior Court no longer assesses a Court Reporter Fee

Starting September 1, 2024, Kings County Superior Court will no longer charge a Court Reporter fee for Unlimited Civil, Limited Civil, Family Law, and Probate cases. Consequently, Court Reporter services will no longer be guaranteed for these case types.
